It describes leadership lessons from 52 high-level female corporate executives, based on career obstacles they overcame. Nearly two-thirds of the women interviewed are experienced public company CEOs.|

She was named one of the top 10 women in energy by the Houston Chronicle, recognized by Water & Wastewater International (WWI) as one of the top 25 global leaders in water and waste water, and also as an Honoree as an Innovator for Women in Energy.|
